<br />PART 4 - PARTS AND EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Replacement <br /> <br />1.1 <br /> <br />1.2 <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Inventory <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />Company shall provide UL and ISO 9000 listed control parts necessary to <br />repair the fire alarm system control units and annunciator panels at no <br />additional cost. <br /> <br />Company shall provide UL approved lamps. fuses and LED's at no <br />additional cost. <br /> <br />The Company shall have in local office inventory the following UL and ISO <br />9000 listed items/equipment for the fire alarm systems. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />2.1.1 One (1) complete set of circuit boards for all Fire Alarm systems. <br /> <br />2.1.2 One (1) set of UL listed replacement batteries. <br /> <br />2.1.3 Complete UL listed replacement peripheral devices, three (3) <br />complete units for each type installed. <br /> <br />The service personnel shall have in their vehicle inventory an adequate <br />supply of replacement parts/equipment. <br /> <br />The Company shall have access to a fire alarm national parts distribution <br />center to provide repair parts within 24 hours. <br /> <br />PART 5 -INSURANCE <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Workers Compensation and Employer's Liability <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />1.1 <br /> <br />Contractors are required to comply with applicable Federal and State <br />Worker's Compensation and local statutes. If occupational diseases are <br />not compensational under those statutes, they shall be covered under the <br />employer's liability section of the insurance policy, except when contracts <br />operations are so commingled with a Contractor's commercial operation <br />that it would not be practical to require this coverage. Employer's liability <br />coverage of at least $2,000,000 is required, except in states with exclusive <br />or monopolistic funds that do not permit worker's compensation to be <br />written by private carries. <br /> <br />General Liability <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />Bodily injury liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive <br />form of the policy is required in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />9/14/04 <br /> <br />Word\Spec - Fire Alarm System <br /> <br />f <br />
