Prop'er detector placement <br /> <br />PART 9 - AUDIT REPORT <br /> <br />/ / <br /> <br />, <br />Upon completion of the above inspection, a summary of the findings shall be provided <br />to the Building Maintenance Superintendent. This report shall include a detailed system <br />background information and a detailed list of the equipment inspected and tested. The <br />report shall include audibility and visual tests of all signaling devices. <br /> <br />If any repairs are required they shall be listed in the report. Upon owner request the <br />Company shall provide budget quotation for any repair work. <br /> <br />All reports in this section shall comply with NFPA 72. Payment of services will not be <br />processed until this report is submitted in a timely manner and it is signed off by the <br />Building Maintenance Superintendent. <br /> <br />PART 10 - QUANTITY VERIFICATION <br /> <br />It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to verify the models and quantities of the fire <br />system installed. The information provided in the attachment by the City is just a <br />guideline. <br /> <br />PART 11 - NOTIFICATION AND SCHEDULING <br /> <br />Prior to initiate any testing and inspection or repair of any of the fire systems, the proper <br />scheduling and notification of the Building Maintenance Superintendent or his designee, <br />the appropriate monitoring station and the fire department must be done. <br /> <br />PART 12 - SYSTEM RESTORATION <br /> <br />After completion of the work, at the end of each working day, the fire system must be <br />restored to their full operation and the Building Maintenance Superintendent and/or his <br />designee, the appropriate monitoring station and the fire department shall be notified. <br /> <br />Word\Spec - Fire Alarm System <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />9/14/04 <br /> <br />¡ <br />
