<br />G. Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />1. The follo\ving uses are permitted upon approval of a Conditional <br />Use Permit in accordance 'Nith the Code, provided that the only <br />conditions which may be imposed upon any Conditional Use <br />Permit shall be conditions directly related to the nature of the <br />proposed use, and the characteristics of the operation of the <br />business; <br /> <br />a. Helistop (Zone II) <br /> <br />b. 'Nine and fine liquor store (Zone II, Zone III, Zone IV). <br /> <br />c. Farmer's Market for the sale of vegetables, fruits, and other <br />agricultural products on weekends and holidays only from <br />6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and only in Phase II vlithin the interior of <br />the project (Zone II, Zone III and Zone IV). <br /> <br />d. Antique store operated by a certified antique dealer selling <br />antiques or vintage clothing and memorabilia (not <br />including thrift stores) (Zone II, Zone III, Zone IV). <br /> <br />e. Automobile support facilities providing services within <br />parking structures such as: gas/fuel sale; auto servicing; <br />auto detailing and other similar uses (Zone II and Zone III). <br /> <br />f. Community oriented li'le performance theater (Zone II). <br /> <br />g. Indoor entertainment that charge an admission fee (Zone II, <br />Zone III, Zone IV). <br /> <br />h.
