<br />4. The sign program shall acknowledge approval of carefully worded <br />parking garage signage and on-site circulation directional signage <br />for Phase I and Phase II per the EIR and the Ampco parking study. <br /> <br />E. Criteria For Individual Sign Types~ will be determined by the approved <br />sign program. Shall conform to size limitations as outlined in SAMq <br /> <br />1. Freestanding Signs <br /> <br />Freestanding signs shall conform to SAMC requirements. <br /> <br />a. Exterior to the Project. The project may incorporate a <br />maximum of seven freestanding double faced signs which <br />are visible from the exterior of the project, with five signs <br />having a maximum sign face of 60 square feet and a <br />maximum height of 15 feet. There may be a total of t'1l0 <br />freestanding signs measuring no more than 30 feet high <br />with a 120 square foot face which are visible from the <br />exterior ofthe project. A free standing sign for each related <br />address, such that the project address shall be located on a <br />sign v/hich can be easily seen from the street. Such <br />freestanding signs need not be placed in planters but may <br />be located along or across a public or private street. <br /> <br />b. Interior to the Project. <br /> <br />1. 'Within the interior of the proj ect, there may be six <br />freestanding signs. Such signs may be for <br />individual tenants, project identification or <br />directions. Interior freestanding signs shall not <br />exceed 7 feet high and 15 sq. ft. maximum sign <br />area. Signs located in the interior shall only be <br />oriented for viewing from the interior. <br /> <br />2. Wall/Canopy Signs. <br /> <br />a. ',vall signs interior to the project may be placed higher than <br />the second floor on an area .,<,here there are three stories of <br />retail and the third story of retail space has a separate third <br />floor access. <br /> <br />a.lr. All signs need not replicate a specified shape, design or <br />materials. Diversity will be allowed, provided that the <br />signs relate to each other well even though they are <br />configured differently.
