<br />AGREEMENT 2-0149 <br />Exhibit A <br /> <br />FEIS/EIR is issued. The items to be identified by the CONSULTANT include, but <br />,are not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />. The type of environmental document that shall be prepared to address the <br />potential environmental impacts associated with the Preliminary <br />Engineering phase of this project that will comply with both CEQA and <br />NEPA environmental regulations; , <br />. The level of analysis that will be required to address these impacts; and <br />. The environmental categories that require new and/or additional analysis <br />(Le., will new traffic studies be required, will new hazardous materials <br />analysis be required, etc.). <br /> <br />The following clarification is included as part of the CONSULTANT's Work <br />Breakdown Structure (WBS): The continued use of the previous Bristol Street <br />Widening Project's environmental document for incorporation into the Centerline <br />Project's environmental process will be analyzed during this task. This effort will' <br />specifically look at the age of the data, changes in existing conditions, and <br />changes in regulatory requirements. <br /> <br />The categories that were analyzed in the previous environmental studies include <br />the following: <br /> <br />. Traffic and Circulation <br />. Parking <br />. Land Use <br />. Demographics and Neighborhoods <br />. Acquisitions and Displacements <br />. Economic and Fiscal Conditions <br />.
