<br />agreement between the City and H & W Risk Management Services for a risk
<br />management study at a cost not to exceed $7,500.00.

<br />CONTRACT CONTINUED FOR 60-90 DAYS a month-to-month basis with the
<br /> current concessionaire {Norton
<br />Western Enterprises) under present terms and conditions; and review again in
<br />60-90 days when architect consultant will have completed report and recom-
<br />mendations to enhance utilization of the Stadium and adjacent parking area,
<br />as recommended in the report dated January 15, 1980, prepared by the Recrea-

<br />COMMISSION - CONTINUED AS ONE BODY; consideration of the report dated
<br />MAYOR AUTHORIZED; STAFF DIRECTED November 29, 1979, prepared by the
<br /> Executive Director, Redevelopment
<br />and Housing, MOTION was made by Yamamoto, seconded by Serrato, to continue
<br />the Human Relations Commission/Housing Advisory Commission (HRC/HAC) as one
<br />commission, and authorize the Mayor to forward a recommendation that housing
<br />matters be considered by said commission at its second Tuesday meeting and
<br />human relations matters at the last Tuesday meeting of each month, with
<br />effectiveness of this schedule to be evaluated by the Council.
