<br />approve amended plans and specifications for PROJECT 8191 - Alterations in
<br />Police Facility and City Hall Annex, and authorize advertisement for bids.

<br />$147,154 for the period October 1, 1979 to September 30, 1980; and 2) Approve
<br />Appropriation Adjustment #94, transferring $13,789 from CETA Title IV Youth
<br />Employment Training Program to Anticipated Revenue, as recommended in the
