<br />. -. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />""8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br /> <br />PART I <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Boundary <br /> <br />The boundary of the project area as it exists and as it is <br />proposed to be amended is shown on the attached map marked <br />Exhibit "A" and the description Exhibit "B", both of which' <br />are, by this reference, incorporated herein. <br /> <br />General Statement <br /> <br />The land uses, layout of principal streets, population <br />densities, and building intensities and standards which are <br />proposed as the basis for the redevelopment of the project <br />area as amended are as follows: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Land Uses <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Residential - including single family, limited <br />multiple family, high density multiple family, <br />and multi-story apartment developments. <br /> <br />Professional - including all uses allowed in the <br />residential districts and restricted to the pro- <br />fessions such as accountants, attorneys, physicians, <br />engineers, architects, insurance and real estate <br />brokers, business offices (excluding the sale qf <br />merchandise), hospital and clinics. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Civic Development - including official and public <br />uses of property and related activities such as <br />civic center buildings, auditoriums, similar <br />public structures, professional uses and accessory <br />commercial uses in conjunction with and secondary <br />or incidental to professional uses. <br /> <br />Commercial - including retail, trade or service <br />uses, churches, theaters, hotels, motels, restaurants, <br />cafes, schools, studios, research institutiona, <br />night clubs, skating rinks, sports stadiums ana <br />rest homes. <br /> <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Principal Streets <br /> <br />The layout of principal streets is indicated on the <br />attached map labelled Exhibit "A".
