SeventeenthStreet <br />13, Buffalo Street <br />Population Densities <br /> <br />The population densities proposed are as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Medium density residential - 8.1 to 15 <br />dwelling units per acre. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />High density residential - 15.1 (plus) <br />dwelling units per acre. <br /> <br />Building Intensities <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />It is proposed that all residential, professional, <br />civic development and commercial and other permitted uses <br />throu~hout the Project Area as amended shall meet the <br />minimum standards as required by the City of Santa Ana <br />Zoning Ordinance (S.A.M.C. Chapter 41). Site development <br />requirements are proposed to be incorporated into the <br />plan to insure high standards of urban development. <br />Open space provisions will also be part of the plan. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Standards <br /> <br />Minimum standards for the Project Area as amended in- <br />clude accepted standards for street layout and design, <br />land subdivision, and the construction of buildings <br />meeting the requirements of local codes and regulations <br />and the purposes of the Health and Safety Code of the <br />State of California. Minimum standards of performance <br />with respect to the emission of nuisance elements, <br />such as noise, air pollution, vibration, odor, etc. <br />are proposed to be established in the area. <br /> <br />2. <br />
