TRACT MAP 11345 - <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that this <br />was the time and place for the <br />public hearing of Amendment <br />Application No. 847, filed by <br />Regis Homes, Inc., to rezone <br />property located at 2002 East <br /> <br />Santa Clara Avenue, from the A1 District to the R4 District. <br /> <br />The Principal Planner presented the staff report and recommendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported there were no written communications. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in favor of the amendment application: <br /> <br />William C. Holzworth, 4000 MacArthur Blvd., Suite 6000, Newport Beach. <br />David Recupero, 15052 Springdale, #I, Huntington Beach. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter.
