<br />Attachment B <br /> <br />The Project Management requirements are applicable to both Phase 1 and <br />Phase 2. <br /> <br />SOW 3 - Equipment and Software <br /> <br />SOW3-1 Complete Solution <br />The Vendor shall offer a complete solution including all hardware and software <br />required to operate the production system. The Integrated Justice Working <br />Group has a number of Windows 2000 servers and Microsoft SQL Server <br />licenses. During negotiations and design, discussions will be undertaken to <br />determine if the solution can be operated on the Group's existing infrastructure. <br /> <br />SOW3-2 Primary Server and Infrastructure Environment <br />The Vendor shall provide, deliver, install, configure and test the complete <br />production server hardware and software environment in the selected data <br />center location. All warranty and licensing agreements associated with this <br />infrastructure must be in the name of the OCILJ Working Group or their <br />designate. <br /> <br />SOW3-3 Development I Test Server Environment <br />The Vendor shall consult with the OCILJ Working Group and Steering <br />Committee to ascertain the availability of development and test servers. dt new <br />equipment will be required, the Vendor shall provide, deliver, install, configure <br />and test the complete development server hardware and software environment <br />in the selected data center location. All warranty and licensing agreements <br />associated with this infrastructure must be in the name of the OCILJ Working <br />Group or their designate. The Development and Test environment will be used <br />by Vendor personnel to configure and do preliminary testing of the system prior <br />to commissioning. The system must be sized to support the development and <br />configuration that will be performed by the Vendor and must scale to the <br />requirements for Phase 2. <br /> <br />SOW3-4 Development Workstations <br />The Vendor shall determine the number of required development workstations in <br />the inception phase of Phase 1. The Vendor shall provide, deliver, install, <br />configure and test the development workstations and a development local area <br />network infrastructure to be used by Vendor personnEi!1. After the completion of <br />Phase 1, the development workstations will continue to be used for Phase 2.. <br />Any additional workstation requirements for Phase 2 will be determined in the <br />Phase 2 inception phase. All warranty and licensing agreements associated with <br />this infrastructure must be in the name of the Orange County Integrated Law & <br />Justice Working Group or their designate. <br /> <br />SOW3-5 User Workstations <br />The Vendor shall provide specifications for user workstations as outlined in the <br />submission requirements. If additional or altered specifications are created as a <br />result of changes for Phase 2 implementation, the Vendor will reissue <br />specifications for user workstations. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />/)'1 <br />
