<br />. <br /> <br />Attachment B <br />Contract Approval - Integrated Law & Justice Project <br />January 11, 2005 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />CONCLUSION: <br /> <br />This report summarizes a lengthy and thorough process to identify the requirements <br />definition and bid specifications for a comprehensive data sharing and analysis program <br />to serve the Criminal Justice System in Orange County. The results of that process <br />were also thoroughly analyzed and as a result, we are requesting authorization to <br />approve the attached contract and award bid to Knowledge Computing Corporation for <br />Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the RMS Information Sharing Project in the amount of <br />$1,606,053 and funded from the Orange County ILJ UASI Grant Account #7017- <br />C1820802. The Integrated Law & Justice Project Steering Committee has also <br />recommended approval of the bid award. <br /> <br />Environmental Review: <br /> <br />None required. <br /> <br />Fundinq Availability: <br /> <br />All funds required for this Project are Federal grant funds, authorized for expenditure <br />under the Santa Ana/Anaheim UASI Grant Program.
