<br />(1) ten hour workday during each two (2) <br />week period. This pattern will recur twice <br />during the 28 day FLSA Work Period. Each 10 <br />hour and 30 minute workday shall consist of <br />10 hours and 30 minutes of work and either a <br />30 minute or one (1) hour unpaid meal <br />period. The 10 hour workday shall consist <br />of 10 hours of work and either a 30 minute <br />or one (1) hour unpaid meal period. The <br />determination as to a thirty (30) minute or <br />one (1) hour unpaid meal period shall be <br />made by the Police Chief or his designee. <br /> <br />d. 207(k) 4/10 Work Schedule. Employees shall <br />work 16 ten hour workdays in each 28 day <br />FLSA Work Period. Each workday shall consist <br />of 10 hours of work and either a 30 minute <br />or one (1) hour unpaid meal period. The <br />determination as to a 30 minute or one (1) <br />hour unpaid meal period shall be made by the <br />Police Chief or his designee. <br /> <br />e. 207(k) 9/80 Work Schedule. Employees shall <br />work five (5) nine hour workdays in one (1) <br />seven (7) day span and three (3) nine hour <br />workdays and one (1) eight hour workday in <br />the second seven (7) day span, or <br />alternatively three (3) nine hour workdays <br />and one (1) eight hour workday in the first <br />seven (7) day span and five (5) nine hour <br />workdays in the second span. This cycle <br />shall be repeated twice each 28 day FLSA <br />Work Period. Each nine (9) hour workday <br />shall consist of nine (9) hours of work and <br />either a 30 minute or one (1) hour unpaid <br />meal period. The eight (8) hour workday <br />shall consist of eight (8) hours of work and <br />either a 30 minute or one (1) hour unpaid <br />meal period. The determination as to a 30 <br />minute or one (1) hour unpaid meal period <br />shall be made by the Police Chief or his <br />designee. <br /> <br />f. 207(k) 9/81 Work Schedule. Employees shall <br />work 81 hours in a consecutive 14 day, 336 <br />hour period. This cycle shall be repeated <br />twice each 28 day FLSA Work Period. <br />Employees shall work five (5) nine hour <br />workdays in one (1) seven (7) day span and <br />four (4) nine hour workdays in the second <br />seven (7) day span.
