Training <br />Review of final Policy and Procedures and/or SOP. <br />Advanced Administrator training during installation of system. <br />User training for Linear Digital Lab Solution. <br />Advanced Administrator training for integration of D.I.M.S. software into existing <br />infrastructure. <br />Train the City representative for D.I.M.S. software and hardware solution. <br />Train the City representative for crime scene digital SLR camera kits. <br />User training for crime scene digital SLR camera kits. <br />Train the City representative for photo lab digital SLR camera kits. <br />User training for photo lab digital SLR camera kits. <br />The following limits are based on the included cost proposal: <br />Advanced on-site Administrator training 1 day @ 8 hours during installation <br />Advanced Administrator training for integration of D.I.M.S. 1 day @ 8 hours during <br />installation <br />Advanced on-site Administrator follow-up training 2 day @ 8 hours after installation <br />On-site user training Linear Digital Lab Solution 2 day @ 8 hours per day <br />On-site user follow-up training Linear Digital Lab Solution 2 day @ 8 hours per day <br />Advanced Archive Administrator training I day @ 4 hours per day <br />On-site user training digital cameras 1 day @ 4 hours per day <br />On-site follow-up training as needed 4 day @ 8 hours per day <br />Follow-up training at LINEAR SYSTEMS As needed (unlimited) <br />Training segments will need to be combined to complete eight-hour consecutive days. <br />Total training days will be ten days at eight hours per day with four days allocated for <br />unscheduled training. Additional on-site training or onsite consultation with the <br />Information Systems Department will be available at additional cost. <br />
