<br />" <br /> <br />2.2) CONTRACTOR shall coordinate project and submit plan for permit approval. <br /> <br />2.3) CONTRACTOR shall work with permitting agencies and the individual cities to ensure <br />that approvals of all building permits, inspections and other requirements have been <br />completed, <br /> <br />Task 3 - Construction and Installation <br /> <br />3.1) CONTRACTOR shall construct station based upon approved station specifications, <br /> <br />3.2) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that each site is adequately prepared for fuel station supply <br />and connection, <br /> <br />3.3) CONTRACTOR shall purchase and install all fueling station equipment. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Commissioning <br /> <br />4.1) <br /> <br />CON\RACTOR shall ensure that all required signs and notices are appropriately posted. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall review all code and standards with cities' staffto ensure <br />compliance. <br /> <br />4.2) <br /> <br />4.3) CONTRACTOR shall start-up and commission unit. <br /> <br />4.4) CONTRACTOR shall demonstrate on-site hydrogen vehicle fueling and facility for <br />hydrogen supply, and ensure adequate refueling protocols are in place for users. <br /> <br />4.5) CONTRACTOR shall provide on-site or accessible from site, support for questions and <br />problems that arise during fueling activities by users. This support should address safety, <br />hydrogen technology, fueling operations and general hydrogen-related concerns. <br /> <br />4.6) CONTRACTOR shall provide training to the local automakers and users.ofthe station. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Operation and Maintenance <br /> <br />5.1) CONTRACTOR shall monitor on a daily basis and provide operational support for the <br />fueling system and equipment to ensure that the station is operating efficiently and safely.. <br /> <br />5.2) CONTRACTOR shall serve as the liaison for the cities' staff, the users, and APCI <br />technical staff. <br /> <br />5.3) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that repairs are promptly addressed and provide the needed <br />oversight to. assure safe operations and sustained collection of meaningful data. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Data Acquisition and Analysis <br /> <br />: <br /> <br />; <br />E:\tech_adv\Contracts Folde~\Infrastructure Contracts\Air Products & Chemicals H2 Stations Five Cities $QW&PS.doc <br />
