By the end of the course, participants will know how to: Use Power MIS tools to generate reports on PSAP activity or, more specifically: . Use the Configuration Module . Use Power MIS Report Generator to run, schedule, print, save and export call, incident and response reports; Benefits \.r Power MIS is a powerful tool that allows PSAP administrators to assess PSAP activity and performance as well as retrieve more details on particular calls or CAD incidents. This hands-on training will provide administrators with the opportunity to experiment with the different reporting tools offered by the application and learn how to generate data in an efficient and timely manner. Who Should Attend This course is designed for PSAP Administrators. The prerequisite for this course is Power CAD user and administrator. Duration of Course 8 hours.
