Printing a report <br /> <br />TECHNICAL TRAINING <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />This course is designed to provide a working understanding of the installation and configuration of <br />Positron applications. This lab-oriented class allows trainees to understand configuration concepts of <br />PosRron Life Line 100 system, lAP/PC cards, Power 911, Power CAD and Power Mobile software. The <br />course objective is to develop in participants the skills that will allow then troubleshoot, diagnose, and <br />administrate Positron Systems. This course focus on hands-on approach, participants will have the <br />opportunity to become familiar with the telephony as well as the database backbone of the system. <br /> <br />The knowledge gained on this course will enable the technician to work more efficiently during the <br />operations of the Communication Center using Positron applications. The practice acquired after this <br />course will enable the technician to be more self-sufficient at hislher Installation when any problems arise <br />during the installation. This Course is intended for those individuals who will have the responsibility to <br />install, configure and maintain Positron applications. <br /> <br />WHO SHOULD ATTEND? <br /> <br />This course is designed for technical support professionals and other individuals who might assist in <br />periodical maintenance or serve as a technical liaison between customer and PosRron Maintenance and <br />Services specialists. Individuals taking this course must already have a good understanding of public <br />safety dispatching functions. In addRion, they must have attended the Administrator courses for Power <br />911, Power CAD and Power Mobile prior to attending this course. <br /> <br />By the end of this training session the learner will be able to: <br /> <br />.
