Bristol <br />Street (the "Property") in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br /> <br />For the PUrpose of: Temporary construction easement - Over the entire Property for the <br />purpose of obtaining soil samples and other similar services, <br /> <br />Habitat for Humanity agrees to indemnify and hold hannless from any liability the City of <br />Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment Al!encv (Owners(s) of Property) arising out of <br />the Habitat for Humanity's exercise of this Right-of-Entry. Habitat for Humanity further <br />agrees to repair any damage to said Property caused by the exercise of this Right of Entry at its <br />sole cost and expense and to restore said Property as nearly as practicable to the state in which it <br />existed prior to the use ofthe Property by Habitat for Humanitv. <br /> <br />The right herein granted to Habitat for Humanitv and its agents or representatives, is personal, <br />and Habitat for Humanity agrees not to assign, transfer, lease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of <br />its Right of Entry without the prior expressed written approval of the Owners.
