<br />, . <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />N-2002-159 <br /> <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation in the State of California, and <br />the Commnnitv Redevelopment Ae:encv, a public body, COrporate and politic, ("Owner(s) of <br />Property") do hereby grant Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit corporation in the State of <br />California, its agents or representatives, the right to enter the property located at 1346 S. Bristol <br />Street (the "Property") in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange. <br /> <br />For the Purpose of: Temporal}' construction easement _ Over the entire Property for the <br />purpose of obtaining soil samples and other similar services. <br /> <br />Habitat for Humanity agrees to indemnify and hold harmless from any liability the City of <br />Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment Ae:encv (Owners(s) of Property) arising out of <br />the Habitat for Humanity's exercise of this Right-of-Entl}'. Habitat for Humanity further <br />agrees to repair any damage to said Property caused by the exercise of this Right of Entry at its <br />sole cost and expense and to restore said Property as nearly as practicable to the state in which it <br />existed prior to the use of the Property by Habitat for Hnmanity. <br /> <br />The right herein granted to Habitat for Humanity and its agents or representatives, is personal, <br />and Habitat for Humanity agrees not to assign, transfer, lease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of <br />its Right of Entl}' without the prior expressed written approval of the Owners.
