Field evaluation of the reservoir to visually inspect and photograph visible <br />deficiencies would entail one site visit with reservoir drained, unless <br />corrosion damage is sufficient to warrant further evaluation. <br /> <br />4. Surfaces would be photographed and entered into a Photographic Survey <br />album which would be included in the written report. <br /> <br />5. Conclusions and recommendations would be prepared for the following and <br />included in the detailed written report. <br /> <br />a. Cause(s) of deficiencies. <br /> <br />b. Concrete repair and sealant replacement, including extent of deficient <br />areas, estimated costs, and life expectancey. <br /> <br />c. Additional items to enhance maintenance and safety <br /> <br />6. Three copies of the written report will be submitted. <br /> <br />C. SCOPE OF WORK - SPECIFICATION <br /> <br />I. Met with City to verify approach to project, to determine scope of work, <br />based on utilizing report and estimated costs to accomplish the work. <br /> <br />2. Prepare technical specification covering interior repairs and sealant <br />replacement for reservoir. <br /> <br />3. Submit to City for 90% completion review, and accomplish all revisions <br />determined needed. <br /> <br />4. Furnish City with a cost estimate for project in accordance with the bid <br />schedules generated. <br /> <br />5. Furnish City with a list of potential bidders to forward Notice Inviting Bids <br />to qualified contractors. <br /> <br />6. Provide telephone liaison with potential bidders as regards all matters <br />concerning bidding of the project and preparation of addenda as required to <br /> <br />2 <br />
