Consultant Agreements <br />May 1, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br />To meet the ambitious schedule of completing Phase I in 2011, a team of <br />consultants is needed to assist City staff with right-of-way acquisition. <br />Currently the City has agreements with several consulting firms to <br />provide project management, acquisition and relocation services. <br />Additional services such as environmental, fixtures & equipment appraisal <br />and demolition are needed. Public Works Agency issued requests for <br />proposals (RFP) to multiple firms to provide the needed services. In <br />response to the RFP's, twelve proposals were received.
