Our team execution is based on providing a proactive service that protects and enhances your <br />landscape investment as well as providing opportunities for our employees to develop and grow with our <br />company. We will begin your landscape management service with our foundation program. It is called the New <br />Job Stut-Up program. It establishes a routine nnimensince schedule that will make a noticeable difference in your <br />landscape and make our regular mamteaance operations nm smoothly. This will provide a consistent quality service <br />tint we both expect for your property. The folowing is a brief overview of activities that we will implement on yaw <br />property after we begin our service: <br />Landscape Safety Evalust"n -to ensure that there are no hazards in the landscape for pedcstriaas, <br />employees or your tenards. This is important to mmnmze your liability for the property. <br />Irrigagass Iaspeetlon - to confirm that all watering stations are working properly and to adjust sprinkler <br />heads to ensure that they are watering the landscape and not the ape . <br />• Baste Irrigation CentrroEer Evahudioa and Development of a Simple Irrigation Chart - to help us in <br />monitoring the irrigation system <br />• listablish A Watering Program -that uses the proper amount of water for the landscape plant materhaL <br />Our goal is to use the coned quantity of water so it is not wasted. We will use the MAWA water usage <br />allotment guidelines for irrigation progrmnmm& <br />• Develop A Landscape Improvement Plan — to enhance the landscape of your project. <br />• Job Activities - to establish the landscape for routine maintenance: <br />o Tres <br />• Raise all tree limbs (safety prime) so they are above had level. <br />• I kud turf around tree trunks to protect the tree from mower damage. <br />• hrspect tree stakes and adjust as needed. <br />• Remove unnecessary tree stakes. <br />■ Review of tree plant health. <br />o Shrubs <br />• Prune and hedge shrubs as needed. <br />• Remove dead shrubs. <br />• Mulch bare areas. <br />
