If "citywide," state <br />"citywide"; if in the Santa Ana schools, state what schools if possible. Include the <br />address of your business office if no specific site is identified. <br /> <br />The CDBG program of the Vietnamese Community of Orange County, Inc. will help <br />support its Southeast Asian Youth Gang Prevention/Intervention Program through <br />establishing a counselor-youth-parent(s) relationship to prevent youths from becoming <br />involved in gang/criminal activity and to reduce the recidivism rate from 60% to 40% <br />among repeat offenders in the Juvenile Justice System. The Program's weekly <br />intervention counseling activities will take place at probation-run detention centers such <br />as Los Pinos Conservation Camp, Joplin Youth Camp, and the Youth Guidance Center <br />for incarcerated youths whose families reside in the city of Santa Ana and school-based <br />counseling activities will take place at McFadden Intermediate School, Valley High <br />School, Century High School and Horizon at AltonlBristol as well as some counseling <br />activities will be at VNCOC's office. The Program also provides "citywide" parent <br />education for involved CDBG-eligible families. <br /> <br />dH16,rA <br />Pd ~'Z., <br />
