At the city's request wc have included the following construction items to relocate the church into the <br />vacant building- formally All Auto Parts. We proposed to clean up the building by providing minimal <br />asphalt repairs and striping the parking lot to include ADA spaces. We will paint the exterior and interior of <br />the building in off-white one-color. On the interior, we will install two new ADA bathrooms and a small <br />kitchen area. We will provide four new small classroom and one office area as requested. We will provide <br />phone lines, and electrical outlets to scrve the ncw office and stage arcas. We will install new direct glue <br />down carpct and rubber base, replace all damaged ceiling tiles and insulation and repair and upgrade as <br />needed the existing lighting. Remove and install a new roofing system. Install new window blinds. At this <br />time we have not included design, plans, engineering or pennit fees for this project. Weare uncertain if they <br />will be required by the city for this project. [frequircd, we can provide these line items for an elttra cost. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION TRADES TO BE COMPLETED: <br /> <br />DEMOLITION: <br />Remove the old bathrooms, unused electrical, and misc. attached items left by the old business. <br /> <br />ELECTRICAL: <br />Provide (4) new phone outlets, (16) new electrical outlets for the new offices, classrooms, kitchen area, <br />equipment storage room and the stage. Replace, repair or upgrade as needed the existing T -Bar mounted <br />lighting. Provide new light fixture in the equipment storage room. <br /> <br />ADA BATHROOMS: <br />Install two new ADA approved bathrooms, complete with new fixtures, water heater; grab bars. signage, <br />flooring and FRP wainscot. <br /> <br />KITCHEN AREA: <br />Provide one sink with faucet, set into an L-shaped counter top and electrical outlet. <br /> <br />BACK OFFICES (3): <br />Provide three new offices with standard electrical and phone outlets, door and window. Walls to be 8' high. <br /> <br />CLASSROOMS: <br />Provide four new 12x12 classrooms with door and one electrical outlet. Walls to be 8' high. <br /> <br />CONCRETE/ASPHALT PAVEMENT; <br />Provide minimal asphalt patching for safety, and re-stripe the parking spaces to included ADA spaces. <br />
