The existing stage area will be dismantled, and <br />relocated and reassembled. <br /> <br />GENERAL CONTRACTORS ITEMS: <br />Provide supervision of the construction trades. Installation of all the minor trades such as saw cutting, <br />trenching. Provide for demo and clean up as required. Provide temporary rentals. Replace as needed the T- <br />Bar ceiling tiles and insulation. Re-install relocated items such as, fire extinguishers, bulletin boards, <br />shelving and the existing wood stage. The existing piano will be relocated and te-tuned. <br /> <br />ROOFING: <br />Remove the old rooting material and inspect the plywood sheeting. At this time we expect to find only 010'= <br />layer of roofing materials installed on the building. If multiple layers do exist, then an additional <br />51,200.00 per layer will be added to the contract. Any damaged or rotten wood will be replaced at an <br />additional cost added to the eontract.
