7. To the extent feasible, gasoline powered equipment shall be used for onsite and <br />offsite construction activities. <br />Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer shall provide proof of <br />coverage under NPDES General Construction Activity Storm Water Permit that includes; <br />(a) A copy of the project's permit issued by the State Water Resource Control Board that <br />identifies the permit number, (B) Two copies of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention <br />Plan. <br />Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer shall provide proof of <br />coverage under NPDES General Construction Activity Storm Water Permit that includes; <br />(a) A copy of the project's permit issued by the State Water Resource Control Board that <br />identifies the permit number, (B) Two copies of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention <br />Plan. <br />Prior to issuance of grading permits, the project developer shall submit and have <br />approved a surface drainage/utility plan that depicts all applicable Site Design, Structural . <br />Source Control and Treatment Control Best Management Practices in accordance with <br />the Orange County Drainage Area Management Plan and the City of Santa Ana Local <br />Implementation Plan. <br />Provide two copies of the Water Quality Management Plan that would include the <br />following: <br />a. Site Assessment <br />b. Site design Best Management Practices (BMP) <br />c. Applicable Routine Source Control BMP <br />d. Selecting and sizing the Treatment Control BMP <br />Mechanisms by which funding for long-term operation and maintenance of all <br />structural BMP will be provided <br />f Operation and Maintenance Plan to describe the long-term operation and <br />maintenance requirements of all applicable structural BMP and to identify the <br />entity in charge of implementation. <br />Prior to issuance of a grading permit, the project applicant shall submit a final surface <br />water runoff evaluation for review and approval showing existing and proposed facilities <br />and methods of draining the site without exceeding the capacity of any street or adjacent <br />storm drain facility. <br />J 5A-172 <br />
