executed by duly authorized representatives of both <br />parties. The schedule for the implementation of the System <br />shall be governed by the project schedule attached hereto <br />as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by this reference (the <br />"Project Schedule"). Unless earlier terminated as provided <br />for in Section 7.3 hereof, this Agreement will remain in <br />effect from the Effective Date until all tasks set forth in <br />the Statement of Work have been fully completed, all <br />materials set forth in the Project Deliverables have been <br />delivered and all amounts payable hereunder have been paid <br />in full. All work tasks described in the Statement of Work <br />(Exhibit A) shall be completed not later than the last <br />date/event presented on the Project Schedule (Exhibit C). <br />Primary Agreement June 15, 2006 Page 3 <br />
