Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />b. Demonstrate all inter-system communications between installed systems and between Abbey <br />Group and non-Abbey Group systems, according to the JCMS Specification documentation, the <br />original and amended Mobile Booking documentation, Abbey Group's JCMS ATP, Abbey Group's <br />ATP and the intertace control document. <br />c. Guide Santa Ana in testing each interface. <br />d. Review and correct any discrepancies that are identified by Santa Ana prior to final system <br />acceptance and payment. <br />e. Provide software or documentation corrections as needed to correct the discrepancies prior to <br />JCMS Final Certification. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Conduct test procedures and verify all inter-system communications between installed systems <br />and between Abbey Group and non-Abbey Group systems, according to the JCMS Specification <br />documentation, the original and amended Mobile Booking documentation, Abbey Group's JCMS <br />ATP, Abbey Group's ATP and the interface control document. <br />b. Identify in writing each discrepancy between subsystem and ancillary system functionality and the <br />JCMS documentation, the original and amended Mobile Booking documentation, Abbey Group's <br />JCMS ATP, Abbey Group's ATP and the interface control document within ten (10) business days. <br />c. Work with Abbey Group to identify the type of correction needed to ensure that each subsystem <br />and ancillary system conforms to the JCMS documentation, the original and amended Abbey <br />Group Mobile documentation, Abbey Group's JCMS ATP, Abbey Group's ATP and the interface <br />control document. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when the following internal and external interfaces and other Abbey <br />Group licensed software has been verifiably operational according to the JCMS documentation, the <br />original and amended Mobile Booking documentation, Abbey Group's JCMS ATP and the intertace control <br />document: <br />• Jail Management System, including Modules articulated in this Exhibit. <br />And the following interfaces: <br />• JCMS -Police RMS <br />• JCMS - CLETS/Orange County/NCIC/NLETS (bi-directional) <br />• JCMS -Mobile Software [(Mobile client), (bi-directional)] <br />• JCMS - Identix <br />• JCMS -Inmate Telephone System <br />Any discrepancies discovered following the completion of this task shall be corrected prior to JCMS Final <br />Certification and subsequent payment. <br />Task 7: JCMS Technical/User Training and Documentation <br />Objective: Conduct JCMS technical and user training. <br />Task Description: <br />A full-scale training program will be developed and scheduled exclusively for Santa Ana and then <br />conducted to thoroughly train Santa Ana training personnel on the use of the JCMS subsystem and Santa <br />14 <br />
