A list of items requiring City feedback, along with the Harris Team's associated recommendations <br /> <br />Task E: City Staff Feedback Meetings <br /> <br />Set several meetings with City staff to present and discuss results of the conceptual designs and reach concurrence <br />on the project elements. From the approvals received at this feedback meetings the Harris Team will proceed to the <br />final construction plan preparation, to help ensure that the best solutions are achieved that are within the existing <br />budget constraints. <br /> <br />Phase III: Construction Documents <br /> <br />The Harris Team will utilize a recent applicable electronic City of Santa Ana sample ptojecr PS&E, provided by <br />City staff, as a starring point for the project. All of rhe final plans will be issued in Mictostation format. <br /> <br />Task A: Construction Plans <br /> <br />1. Prepare one (1) Project Title Sheet that includes general notes, location map. utility contact information and <br />sheet index. <br /> <br />2. Ptepare two (2) Roadway Typical Section & Detail Sheets showing the proposed roadway typical secrions and <br />various street construction details required. <br /> <br />3. Ptepare four (4) Disposition Plan Sheets at I" = 20' scale, with rwo Strips per sheet, showing the disposition <br />of I impacts to all of the of the existing improvements, including whether the existing improvements are to be <br />protected in-place, removed, adjusted, relocated, modifications, salvaged or abandoned. Also included on these <br />sheets will be all anticipated utility impacts.
