No, the current speaker <br />system was recently upgraded and wiring is located on a separate board. <br /> <br />17. Section III.B., Item 7-a: Will the scoreboard message display controller <br />operate from a PC? Yes, the PC will be located in the stadium press box and <br />will be purchased by the City. <br /> <br />18. Section III.B., Item 7-c: Will the schools utilizing the stadium scoreboard be <br />required to provide their own controls to plug into the main control box? <br />Yes, eventually. For the time being, the vendor's quote should include only the <br />cost of two controllers, a primary and a back-up. <br /> <br />19. Section III.B., Item 8 to be revised to add item "n" to read as follows: <br />The City shall purchase a total of three software licenses from the vendor (one to <br />operate the scoreboard message display, and two to operate the marquee message <br />display from two different locations). <br /> <br />20. Section III.B., Item 11: Is full color with text and graphics capability desired <br />for marquee? Yes. <br /> <br />21. Section III.B., Item 12: From what location will the marquee message display <br />controller be operated? The controller will be located in the City's Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Agency administrative facility located at 888 <br />W. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 200, one block from the Santa Ana Stadium, and at <br />another location to be determined by the City. In addition, the vendor shall <br />provide an on-site connection at the base of the marquee. <br /> <br />22. Section III.B., Item 12: What type of communication line will be used to <br />operate the marquee message display controller? The City will install a DSL <br />phone line to effectively communicate information from its Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Agency facilities to the marquee message display board. <br /> <br />23. Section V: Is the City requesting a detailed cost breakdown of all costs? Yes, <br />please provide a detailed cost breakdown of all costs included (i.e., separate costs <br />for demolition, installation, individual panels, etc.) in the proposal form.
