<br />PROPOSED COST ATTACHMENT <br /> <br />SALARIES: <br />CASE MANAGER: <br />Case Manager will spend 18 hours managing case files and reports. This is added responsibility <br />to boxing club management. Case Manager will motivate and coordinate services and <br />information to prepare participants for post secondary educational opportunities, provide <br />linkages between academic and occupational1eaming, and/or preparation for unsubsidized <br />employment/training opportunities, as appropriate. <br /> <br />12 months of effort @.44 fte based on $17.00 per hour ($35,3600.00 annual salary) <br /> <br />$35,360.00 x.44 = $15,912.00 <br /> <br />MENTOR/COACH: Anthony Serrano <br />Anthony, as Mentor/Coach will spend about 23 hours a week working with youth. As mentor, <br />Anthony, will assist the youth from to acquire necessary character traits that will help them excel <br />in school by using the sport of boxing. He will counsel and direct youth to make and achieve <br />short and long term academic and job/career goals. As coach, Anthony will provide youth with <br />boxing skills to cause them to know the experience of winning a losing graciously. We are <br />asking WIA for 13 hours of Anthony's salary because we have other grantors supplementing his <br />salary. <br /> <br />12 months of effort @ .325 fte based on annual salary of $35,360.00 x .325 = $ 11,492.00 <br /> <br />OUTREACHIRECRUITER: Isabel Monje <br />Recruits youth for after-school boxing club program. <br /> <br />12 months of effort @ .0261 fte based on annual salary of $35.360.00 x .0261 = $922.00 <br /> <br />PROJECT DIRECTOR: Marcia Lyrrne <br />As Project Director Marcia Spend 15 hours a week managing all aspects ofthe grant contract <br />including recruitment, assessments, budget, policy guidelines etc... <br /> <br />12 months of effort @ $25.00 per hour ($30,420.00 annual wage) @ .641 x $19,499.22 rounded <br />to $19,500.00 <br /> <br />TEACHER/TUTOR: Rachel Urbaine <br />Teacher/Tutor will spend 7 hours a week preparing curriculum, maintaining case notes and <br />teaching/tutoring youth to enable them to increase T ABE scores and maintain or raise GP A to <br />3.0. <br /> <br />12 months of effort @$25.00perhour($9,100.00annually) @ .100 x $9,100.00 = $9,100.00 <br />
