The <br />insurance cost differs among employees dependent on age of employee. This is broken down <br />according to percent of time each person is giving to the WIA project <br /> <br />Anthony Serrano (77% * $194.00) = 150.00 x 12 = $1,800.00 <br />Marcia Lynne (64%) = $256.00.00 x 12 = $3,072.00 <br />TOTAL = $360.00 + $1,800.00 + $3,072.00 = $4,872.00 <br /> <br />RENT: Rent for the main office is used for all administrative activities and oversight for all our <br />after-school programs, including the boxing gym. About 30% of the administrative duties are <br />conducted for the Boxing Club. With few exceptions most boxing club attendees will be enrolled <br />in the WIA program and the entire boxing team will be enrolled in the WIA program. Therefore, <br />1/3 of the rent per month for 12 months is billed to WIA. <br /> <br />RENT = $450.00/3 = $150.00 x 12 = $1,800.00 <br /> <br />SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: Include summer curriculum (e.g., books, study guides etc...), <br />study supp. . /jOO'Other ltem~~upp . ervices. <br /> <br />EStimat~~OTAL = $$1,299.00 _/:-~ <br />-~----- <br />----.- <br /> <br />OTHER: This includes travel and expenses for tournaments. Tournaments are held weekly in <br />the local Santa Ana area. State and National Tournaments are held some distance from the local <br />Santa Ana area.
