Due to the additional cost associated with the rehabilitation and repair of the building located at 124 <br />S. Relocation costs referenced in paragraph 2, of the May 16, 2006 Business Relocation Agreement, will be <br />increased from $129,656 to $220,000. The Claimant, in accordance with 49 CFR Part 24, considers these <br />costs a relocation claim. Upon approval by the City, Claimant authorizes payment of the relocation claim <br />directly to Gates Development Co., as specified in the Attachment 1. <br /> <br />2.
