These <br />changes are due to the requests of the various city departments which occurred during the <br />plan check process, or due to unknown conditions in the building that required repairs. <br /> <br />CHANGE ORDER ITEMS: <br />1: Building Dept. required exit lighting: <br />Add (3) required exit lights, with emergency backup lights. <br /> <br />+$1,350.00 <br /> <br />z: Police Dept. required exterior security lights: <br />Add (3) required high pressure sodium wall mounted security lights. <br /> <br />+$1,425,00 <br /> <br />3: Police Dept. required exit doors: +$10,320.00 <br />Change (2) existing storefront exterior doors with panic hardware to meet current codes. <br /> <br />4: Police Dept. required exit door: +$3,725.00 <br />Change (1) existing hollow metal exit door with panic hardware to meet current codes. <br /> <br />5: Building Dept. required Ventilation System: +$15,815.00 <br />Add a new ventilation system with ducting as required. Includes (2) ceiling mounted exhaust <br />fans, (1) roof mounted dome exhaust fan, and (2) roof mounted gravity intake hoods, Provide <br />new structural framing supports for the roofmounted equipment as required by the structural <br />engineer.
