Intergraph is not responsible for the quality of any supplied data. Intergraph will <br />report any discovered data errors or omissions to the City for resolution. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. It is assumed that there is no defined performance criteria related to query, <br />display, plotting or other aspects of this system and that timing tests will not <br />form part of the requirement. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. Work will be performed at both City and Intergraph facilities. Travel is <br />anticipated for project deployment and training stages. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. The City agrees to provide Intergraph work place accommodations during <br />onsite periods including full and unrestricted access to project servers, access to <br />the Internet, and access to telephone. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />.
