r I I I I I I I I I I I I I I ~ 2.1.7 System Delivery and Site Acceptance Testing The Intergraph Consultant will travel to the City's site for installation and acceptance testing. The Intergraph Consultant and City representatives shall work together to install the data repository and migrated data. Intergraph will deliver a CD or DVD with the Data Dictionary and HTML versions of the Data Model. Intergraph will perform a preliminary site test using the A TP. The City will assign a subject matter expert to perform the Acceptance Test activities using the ATP. Intergraph assumes that the City representative will have the authority to approve each item in the test. Upon completion of acceptance testing, the City shall signoff on the project. Deliverables: · Repository of migrated data · Site Acceptance Testing according to the Acceptance Test Plan · System Acceptance and signoffby City and Intergraph Exit Criteria: Completion of the SAT and signoffby City and Intergraph on the system. 2,1.8 Conduct Training Intergraph shall deliver training following the system acceptance. Training shall be conducted at City facilities with City-supplied equipment. Intergraph will conduct informal, demonstration-style training. City configures equipment for training. Classes are as follows: . Oracle Locator with GeoMedia Applications · GeoMedia Transportation Manager Agendas for the training courses may be found in Appendix B. Exit Criteria: Signoffby the City indicating completion of training. 22 Schedule The project schedule provided below has an assumed start date. A mutually agreeable start date will be developed upon successful contract award and the project schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
