As we discussed the City is <br />requiring that we provide full truck circulation on our site and no back-up maneuvers into Fourth Street. In order <br />to accomplish this, by our receiving area on the west side of the Building A, we are seeking a license to use <br />approximately 6 feet of the railroad right of way for paving so that a semi truck with trailer can turn around and not <br />impact Fourth Street. Currently we can squeeze an 84' diameter circle on the west side of Building A within the <br />project property lines, but we need a 90' diameter circle. Please let me know if this is a possibility.
