You indicated that communications took place between the City and/or lID Supply <br />and the OCTA concerning a request by lID Supply to use (lease) a portion of the railroad <br />right of way adjacent to 1044 E. 4111 St. in Santa Ana. <br /> <br />You indicated that the OCT A decided to not allow lID Supply to lease the requested portion <br />of right of way. You further indicated that OCTA had concerns for the safety ofa truck <br />driveway at this location. <br /> <br />During that conversation I requested that you furnish copies of public record communications <br />concerning that request and related safety issues. You are aware that CPRA requests for <br />public records are to be fulfilled within 10 days.
