These activities will be provided <br />to participants referred by ADMINISTRATOR to the Santa Ana Workforce <br />Investment Board (WIB}, a division of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall cooperate <br />with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) on the implementation <br />of On-the-Job Training. Work Experience, and or Vocational Training activities <br />to the mutual satisfaction of COUNTY and CDSS, and with any and all future <br />requirements established by CDSS relating to calculation of required <br />participation hours for each participant. <br />3.2 Removal of barriers to employment shall be accomplished by a <br />variety of methods, inc]uding but not limited to the following: <br />3.2.1 Working with participants, MDT and educational providers <br />to develop job training and employment related interpersonal skills in one of <br />the following, but not limited to areas identified as growth oriented; meeting <br />an unmet community need; and in high demand for new employees: <br />3.2.1.1 Automation Technician (Data Entry) <br />3.2.1.2 Certified Nurse Assistant <br />3.2.1.3 Child Care Provider (Day Care Center) <br />3.2.1.4 Clerical <br />3.2.1.5 General Clerical <br />3.2.1.6 Health Services Clerical <br />3.2.1.7 Domestic Care Giver <br />3.2.1.8 Food Services <br />3.2.1.9 Hospitality <br />3.2.1.10 Protective Services <br />3.2.1.11 Transportation <br />ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sale discretion, revise the <br />career areas identified in this Paragraph to best meet the needs of the <br />I (WBCC607) <br />2 of 13 (apr;i 9. 2aon <br />
