In formulating that plan, CONTRACTOR <br />shall take into account the participant's WTW Plan. COUPITY ~r1TW staff will <br />retain sole responsibility for final development and approval of the <br />participant's in On-the-Job Training, Work Experience, and or Training Plan. <br />3.3 COUNTY shall retain any and all rights to require pre-approval by <br />ADMINISTRATOR and/or limit any and all services provided by CONTRACTOR. <br />Services shall be provided in accordance with ADMINISTRATOR'S policies and <br />procedures and other instructions provided by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />3.4 ADMINISTRATOR may, in its sole discretion, change the services <br />required under Paragraph 3 to ensure full compliance with all requirements of <br />CDSS and all required subsequent changes to the County of Orange in On-the-Job <br />Training, Work Experience, and or Vocational Training Plan, changes to <br />requirements under the Welfare and Institutions Code, CDSS regulations or <br />Manual of Policies and Procedures. <br />4. ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />4.1 Welfare Fraud: <br />4.1.1 If CaIWORKs eligibility or supportive services payment <br />fraud is suspected, either by the WTW participant or a service provider, <br />CONTRACTOR will make a referral to the appropriate CaIWORKs WTW Case Manager. <br />4.1.2 If service provider fraud is suspected, CONTRACTOR shall <br />report, in writing, the suspected fraud to ADMINISTRATOR. <br />4.2 Complaint Response: <br />4.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall develop, operate, and maintain procedures <br />for receiving, investigating, and responding to service provider and <br />participant complaints, including Civil Rights complaints.
