PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />9.1 ADMINISTRATOR may use a variety of methods to evaluate <br />COPJTRACTOR's performance including, but not limited to: <br />9.1.1 Random sampling of program activities including a review <br />of case files; <br />9.1.2 Activity checklists and random observations; <br />9.1.3 Inspection of output items on a periodic basis as deemed <br />necessary; <br />9.1.4 Management Information Systems (MIS) reported results; <br />9.1.5 WTW participant complaints and/or WTW participant <br />questionnaires: and <br />9.1.6 Subcontractor complaints or reports. <br />4.2 ADMINISTRATOR may require CDNTRACTOR to provide office space for <br />designated ADMINISTRATOR staff assigned to conduct performance reviews. <br />9.3 In the event that CONTRACTOR performs services unsatisfactorily, <br />ADMINISTRATOR may require a corrective plan. CONTRACTOR shall comply with any <br />such corrective action plan within the time specified by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />10. STAFF TRAINING <br />10.1 COUNTY shall provide CONTRACTOR with written program requirements. <br />including policies and general procedures, as requirements are revised or new <br />(WBC0607) <br />6 of 13 <br />(April 9. 2007) <br />
