Subsequent training must be <br />conducted by CONTRACTOR. <br />10.3 CONTRACTOR shall ensure that its staff receives training to <br />understand cultural differences among groups of participants, and to <br />effectively recognize and intervene to overcome any language and/or' cultural <br />barriers to employment that may be evident. <br />10.4 CONTRACTOR shall designate a staff person to maintain a log of in- <br />house training activities and participants. <br />11. NOURS OF OPERATION <br />At a minimum, CONTRACTOR shall maintain business hours of Monday through <br />Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (COUNTY holidays excluded) as <br />well as scheduled evening and weekend hours to best meet the needs of <br />participants and their families. <br />12. BUDGET FOR PROVISION OF ON-THE-JOB TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND <br />VOCATIONAL TRAINING <br />The budget for services provided pursuant to Exhibit A of this Agreement <br />is set forth as follows: <br />12.1 Budget period July 1. 2007 - June 30, 2008 <br />Max.
