CONTRACTOR <br />shall provide the following described staff positions: <br />13.1 Receptionist <br />13.1.1 Duties: <br />13.1.1.1 Receive a large volume of visitors and telephone <br />calls, determines nature of business, directs callers to appropriate <br />destinations, and takes messages. Answers routine questions related to the <br />department. Represents the department on initial contact with the public. <br />13.1.1.2 Compiles, tabulates and assists in the <br />preparation of routine reports. Assists staff in assembling mailings. Keeps <br />records. <br />13.1.2 Qualifications: <br />13.1.2.1 Knowledge of business English and arithmetic; <br />general office practices and procedures: proper telephone etiquette. <br />13.1.2.2 Ability to follow oral and written instructions; <br />learn departmental functions, activities, organizational structure and names <br />of key personnel within a short period of time; handle a large volume of <br />incoming calls and visitors promptly, tactfully and equitably; write legibly <br />and use correct grammar; maintain effective working relationships with other <br />employees and the general public. <br />13.2 Case Manager <br />13.2.1 Duties: <br />13.2.1.1 Assist participants in defining and pursuing <br />career goals. Assess. advise and direct participants on job search <br />techniques.
