PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />To consider levying an assessment to provide for the promotion and <br />physical improvements of the Downtown Santa Ana Business <br />Improvement Area for 2002 <br />Legal Notice published in the Orange County Register on December 7 and <br />14, 2001 <br />Presentation by Community Development Agency Director John Reekstin <br />Presentation of written communication by Clerk of the Council: None <br />Erin Prangley and Manuel Pena addressed Council in support of the <br />Downtown Santa Ana Business Improvement area report; Ms. Prangle y <br />asked the Council to take a close look at the funding report and the <br />recommendations contained therein. <br />Public hearing was closed. <br />Motion: 1. Adopt resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-098 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana levying an assessment for the Downtown Santa Ana <br />Business Improvement Area for the year 2002 <br />2.
