AGMT NO. 2002-099 - Execute an agreement with the Orange County <br />Conservation Corps in an amount not to exceed $125,221.00 to <br />provide services to Out -of -School youth under the Workforce <br />Investment Act Youth grant <br />9. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute agreement. <br />AGMT NO. 2002-095 - Execute a lease agreement with Sprint to install <br />a cellular monopole at Windsor and Heritage Parks <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustment. (Requires rive affirmative <br />votes.) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 02-222 - Recognizing <br />$28,800.00 in the Park Acquisition and Development revenue account <br />and appropriate funds to the Park Acquisition and Development <br />expenditure account <br />3. Receive and file Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review <br />Nos. 2002-182 (Windsor) and 2002-183 (Heritage). <br />4.
