What is even more challenging is the <br />consulting firm's ability to provide excellent service to each client, as dictated by the client's specific needs <br />and expectations. It is this ability to provide high -quality work in conjunction with outstanding client <br />service that sets MBA apart. <br />MBA has demonstrated superior client service and legally adequate environmental documentation for the <br />City of Santa Ana through our on -call environmental consulting services with the City, as well as through <br />the preparation of the Sav-On and Live/Work Lofts EIR. <br />Our strengths are summarized below: <br />• MBA understands the importance of contracting with an environmental firm that has a solid <br />background and understanding of CEQA Guidelines. For 25 years, MBA has provided legally <br />defensible environmental documents to the public and private sector clients. Many of them were <br />prepared for local cities and agencies. <br />• With more than 75 professionals in our local Irvine office, MBA's depth and breadth of available <br />personnel serve as valuable technical and staff resources to the City. We have a fall -service <br />technical editing, graphics, word processing center, reproduction department, and additional support <br />staff to assist management and technical staff with documentation needs. MBA is committed to <br />maintaining the necessary financial, technical, and staff resources for City projects. <br />• To assure timely project completions, Mr. Michael E. Houlihan, AICP, Manager of Environmental <br />Services at MBA, will be the City's primary point of contact and Project Manager responsible for <br />day-to-day project management. Mr. Houlihan has more than 22 years of experience providing <br />environmental planning services, including environmental document preparation (CEQA/NEPA), <br />land use compatibility analyses, and assessments of public services and utilities.
