The MBA Project Team recognizes that to provide legally defensible documents, in the desired <br />timeframe, the team must be accessible. To ensure projects remain on schedule, this role includes <br />that our staff be available by phone, e-mail (office and remote), pager/cell phone, and fax, and <br />available for day and evening meetings. MBA has ongoing and recent experience working with a <br />number of public agencies on projects that require constant interaction s and local,stakehdens and federal <br />agencies, as well as public involvement with local community groups <br />As <br />requested in the RFP, MBA has listed projects similar to those the City may assign and encourages <br />u <br />the City to contact these references to verify our ability to produce high -quality work and provide <br />excellent client service. <br />. MBA has assembled a project team to provide a wide -range of high -quality technical work products <br />that comply with environmental regulations and agency requirements. In addition to MBA's in- <br />house environmental specialists, MBA has supplemented its team with qualified subcontractors to <br />provide additional technical consulting services. These qualified subconsultants include (1) Fehr & <br />Peers/Kaku Associates (traffic), (2) Zeizer-Kling (Geotechnical), (3) VA Consulting (Hydrology), <br />and (4) Galvin Preservation Associates (Historical Resources). The MBA Project Team looks <br />forward to working closely with City officials, staff, agencies, the project applicant, legal counsel, <br />community interest groups, and individuals in the successful completion of documents. <br />Specifically, MBA is prepared to take responsibility for project initiation and organization, preparation of <br />all required CEQA/NEPA notices, data compilation, impact assessments, development of thresholds of <br />mpilation and distribution, preparation of the mitigation <br />significance and mitigation measures, report co <br />siderations, legal monitoring and review, responseto <br />monitoring program and findings/overriding con <br />public comments, presentations at scoping and public meetings and public hearings, coordination between <br />City staff, and the MBA Proj ect Team. <br />MBA is confident that we will be able to provide the environmental services needed by the City of Santa <br />Ana and meet the objectives of the City of Santa Ana.
