City of Santa Ana Firm and Personnel Experience <br />Statement of Qualifications for Environmental Consultants and Project Experience <br />Michael Brandman Associates (MBA) is pleased to provide this statement of qualifications for the City <br />of Santa Ana. <br />Since 1982, MBA has prepared thousands of environmental resource management and planning <br />documents for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act <br />(NEPA) projects throughout California. We specialize in environmental compliance, planning, <br />regulatory compliance, cultural and biological resources management, and replanting and restoration <br />services.
