Adopt resolution <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-077 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana certifying the environmental impact report for the <br />Armstrong Ranch Development project, approving a mitigation <br />monitoring program, and adopting certain facts, findings and a <br />statement of overriding considerations <br />2. Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-2516 - An ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana amending Specific Development Plan No. 4, <br />pertaining to Armstrong Ranch Development, to eliminate attached <br />dwellings and condominiums as a permitted use; to allow churches, <br />community centers, and wireless communication facilities as a <br />conditionally permitted use; to increase the height limit and to allow <br />seven dwelling units per net acre of land (SD-4) (ZOA No. 2002-04) <br />3. Adopt resolutions. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-078 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 as <br />conditioned to allow construction of a church on the property located at <br />2001 West Mac Arthur Boulevard <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-079 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana approving Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 02-03 <br />(County Map No. 16311) as conditioned for Armstrong Ranch <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-080 - A resolution of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana approving Site Plan Review No. 2002-06 to <br />construct a single family development and a cathedral parish within <br />Armstrong Ranch located within Specific Development Zone No. 4 <br />(SD-4) <br />4.
