PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Khang Nguyen, a student at Valley High School and a member of the <br />school's water polo team, commented on the poor condition of the pool, <br />and expressed concern that the school district would not address this <br />issue <br />Sally Ramirez, representing the Service Employees International Union <br />(SEIU) addressed the Council relative to the benefits package proposed <br />by the union for part-time employees <br />Carina Franck-Pantone, representing Senator Joe Dunn stated that the <br />Senator fully supports the efforts of the SEIU in obtaining benefits for the <br />City's part-time employees <br />Robert Henson Sr. addressed the Council with concerns relative to <br />decreased pool privileges for seniors at the Salgado Center <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 365 OCTOBER 7, 2002 <br />
